The rules and regulations enacted by an association or a corporation to provide a framework for its operation and management. Bylaws specify the qualifications, rights, and liabilities of membership, and the powers, duties, and grounds for the dissolution of an organization.

Written rules, limitations and restrictions on use, mutually agreed to by all owners of homes in a subdivision or condominium complex to protect the quiet enjoyment of the various residents. CCRs are enforced by the homeowners association or by individual owners who can bring lawsuits against violators, and are permanent "run with the land" so future owners are bound to the same rules. Most state laws require that a copy of the CCRs be recorded with the county recorder and be provided to any prospective purchaser. The Colorado legislature also establishes restrictions that apply to residents and owners of a POA.

The basic charter of a corporation which spells out the name, basic purpose, incorporators, amount and types of stock which may be issued, and any special characteristics.

The rules and regulations which govern the care and use of the irrigation ditch which transverses the Arroyo del Vista subdivision.

The plat of the subdivision is shown in detail for each lot. An overview of the entire subdivision is also provided.
